Microsoft Word End User Training Options

If you or colleagues require additional training in how to use Microsoft Word, there are lots of options to choose from... and they’re all either free or discounted for not-for-profit organisations. We’ve listed below our favorite Microsoft Word resources to help you find what you need:

Our favourite Word timesavers include creating, formatting and saving documents to OneDrive through to collaborating, editing, reviewing and printing – and you can find training on all these elements below. 

Microsoft content includes: 

1. Getting started: 5 lessons of free content that helps you to create a document, save your document to OneDrive, design, edit and collaborate.
2. Collaboration: 6 lessons of free content that provides top skills to enable you to share and co-author your work - from sharing documents to working with tracked changes within Word.
3. Formatting text: 5 lessons of free content to help you become a Word guru with text formatting and working with styles and themes.
4. Pages, layouts and pictures: 16 lessons of free content to work with pictures, icons and WordArt ensuring that your pages are set out for success. 
5. Saving and printing: 6 lessons of free content to help you gain confidence with saving a document or converting it to PDF and working with mail merge and envelope printing.
