About the Digital Transformation Hub

Most not-for-profits have identified the need to invest and upskill in digital technology. However, many don't know where to start, or have the time, skills or budget to move as fast or effectively as they would like.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated this need, as organisations move to deliver services online and support staff and volunteers to work remotely. The demand for clear, practical and engaging tools and advice tailored for the sector has never been greater.

The resources on this site have been created by experts to help boost your digital transformation journey – whether you're just getting started or already on your way.

The hub provides access to:

  • Technology – curated offers for the not-for-profit sector, including donated and discounted technology from Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Zoom, MYOB, NetSuite and sector-specific providers.
  • Expertise – an “expert bar” offering advice and guidance on digital transformation and key areas of interest, including one-on-one consultation sessions, interactive group events and regular webinars.
  • Resources – a digital transformation readiness assessment and engaging guides and how-to content for the sector on key areas of interest, including Tech Foundations, IT Management, NFP Applications, Data & Analytics Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence or Cyber Security.
  • Training – for leadership, staff and volunteers, including self-paced online learning with course content designed specifically for the sector. This is delivered through the Digital Learning Centre.
  • Community – opportunities to speak with like-minded NFP staff and volunteers to share and learn from each other as we each juggle the digital transformation journey. This is delivered through the Digital Communities.
