Gemini is Google’s AI-powered assistant, versatile work companion that offers various ways to streamline operations, automate tasks and improve data management. Everyone with a Google Workspace subscription can access Gemini through gemini.google.com. For users with either Business or Enterprise Workspace subscriptions, Gemini will also appear as a built-in function they can access directly while working Google Workspace apps such as Gmail, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets or even Drive.

- Provide training and develop internal usage policies.
How to enable Gemini in Google for Nonprofits
It is worth noting that Gemini is not an add-on but rather a built-in feature. This means Gemini is automatically accessible to all users* with a Google Workspace license. With this in mind, providing users access to Gemini is as simple as issuing a Google Workspace license to your user/s (learn here).

How to moderate access to Gemini
If for any reason you wish to disable access to Gemini, administrators may see instructions from Google here.
